Job Description
Job Purpose
The Production Team Leader is accountable for day‑to‑day execution, coordination, and performance of production, assembly, and adaptation activities within the assigned site. The role ensures that products are assembled safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards, meeting agreed production plans, delivery targets, and customer requirements. The Leader provides first‑line operational leadership to Assembly and Adaptation Technicians, translating production plans into daily execution while maintaining discipline in safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
