Job Summary/Description:
The purpose of being a Production Worker at this level is to learn and train in the basic understanding of all machine specific operations. Production Workers have the basic ability to set up and operate a variety of machines to produce precision parts with immediate supervision by a certified operator (level II or above). Follow established standard work under immediate supervision in efforts to obtain certification within 120 days.
