The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned major command program(s). Responsibilities Duty 1: Analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major command program(s). Duty 2: Documents planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats to meet Air Force and Major Command requirements. Identifies non-standard or emerging operations requirements, assesses impact on assigned programs, and develops recommendations.
