Program Coordinator (Contract)

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support Above-The-Line (ATL) Talent Development programs focused on directors, writers, and producers. This role is strictly focused on ATL programming and will support the design, execution, and day-to-day management of in-house talent development programs.

This role is a blend of program coordination and operations, with a strong emphasis on workflow building, process improvement, and hands-on program execution. You will partner closely with the Manager of Talent Development, who oversees 3–5 programs simultaneously, acting as both a key operator and thought partner to help scale and streamline program delivery.
