As the **Program Delivery Lead - Fleet/Transportation** , you will report directly to the Strategy Advancement Director. You will provide strategic and operational oversight of programs including vehicle fleet and business-driving programs supporting home health clinicians, leaders, and sales associates. Operating as a senior individual contributor aligned to Humana's Lead job level, you will develop and implement programs designed to partner with leaders on implementation planning, reviewing and communicating program outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with executives to develop segment-specific functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment in analyzing variable factors to determine optimal courses of action for complex fleet, safety, compliance, and financial matters.
