Program Development Officer (Scholarships)

The Program Development Officer is responsible for developing, and impoving, the design of scholarship programs, particularly certificate programs. The role ensures that program design aligns with organizational goals, addresses learners’ needs, and supports the development of high-quality educational opportunities for scholars.

Program Design and Development

• Develop new scholarship programs (as needed) and review existing program frameworks, designs, and policies, with a particular focus on TeachSTEM Certificate Programs.
• Collaborate with government agencies, academic institutions, and subject-matter experts to design programs that meet educational and industry standards.
• Ensure all programs align with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
