Program Director for OntarioPLAR Initiative

Lead the Centralized PLAR Platform Initiative at ONCAT in downtown Toronto. This hybrid position combines strategic leadership with stakeholder engagement to enhance Prior Learning Assessment across Ontario.
The Program Director will directly report to the President and CEO and oversee the groundbreaking OntarioPLAR™ initiative. You will bring a wealth of experience in higher education administration, particularly related to PLAR, while managing complex, multi-institutional projects. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with colleges, ensuring alignment with governmental priorities and promoting equity within the educational framework.
