Parsons is actively seeking a Program Director with experience leading Roadways/Highways design-build projects for the Ministry of Transportation in the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking for a seasoned Regional Highway Lead to grow our business in the GTA. A candidate with hands‑on project management experience for at least three to five large Ministry of Transportation (MTO) detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects can shape this position and the group to a model they know is successful.
