GovCIO is seeking an experienced Program Director with deep expertise leading large-scale federal IT programs, hybrid infrastructure modernization, data center operations, FinOps, Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and business office integration to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information Technology (OIT).
