Job Description:
- Develop, maintain, and track customer training adoption plans aligned to customer objectives, maturity, and regional needs Increase awareness and understanding of programs across internal stakeholders by participating in account team meetings, QBRs, and regional planning sessions
- Advocate for and coordinate with other and GLD resources (e.g., delivery partners, academic partnerships, specialty teams) to support successful learning outcomes
