Serve as Fi & Client advocate as main point of contact for all NPD communications. Daily/weekly program management throughout the program life cycle, planning overall program(s) and monitoring progress and account NPI KPI’s. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client deliverables are identified, understood, and addressed. Ensure compliance to NPD checklists throughout NPD process. Responsible for client satisfaction throughout the NPD process and product lifecycle.
