Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. BTL Strategy & Lead Generation
Identify, design, and pilot new BTL lead generation avenues (door-to-door, society activations, kiosks, partnerships, referrals, etc.)
Build scalable playbooks for high-performing BTL activities and roll them out across cities
Continuously experiment and optimize BTL channels for quality and cost efficiency
2. On-Ground Team Management
Lead and manage on-ground BTL Executives and BTL Managers across assigned cities
Drive daily productivity, discipline, and execution rigor on the ground
Ensure adherence to SOPs, pitch quality, and customer engagement standards
3. Funnel Ownership (End-to-End)
Own the entire BTL funnel: Lead Generation → Sales Meeting → Order Conversion.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and fast movement across funnel stages.
Identify and fix leakage points to improve conversion and turnaround times.
