**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience in NPI operations management.
+ Experience in the manufacturing supply chain.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or other relevant fields.
+ Experience with AR glasses.
+ Ability to travel 25% of the time internationally as needed.
