Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage customers' expectations and provide best support towards best customer satisfaction.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. A bachelor's degree is required.
Job Requirements:
Establish strategic relationship with customer 
Support customer's day-to-day operation and shipments 
Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams on project managements
Review new products from customers and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure system and process is setup and released for Operations support.
Manage backlog, prioritize customer's needs, provide alternate and garner resources to ensure seamless operation and program execution
Analyze and compile regular reports for management team's review
