In line with the strategic directions defined by the company, the Program Optimization Analyst contributes to the execution of the short-term network development plan (covering a horizon of 1 to 9 months).
The Program Optimization team oversees the ongoing management of the current season’s schedule with the objective of improving Transat’s profitability. This is a key role that requires close collaboration with several departments, including Revenue Management, Pricing, Finance, Product, Public Affairs, and Flight Operations.
The Program Optimization Analyst is responsible for analyzing the expected economic performance of flights to support decision‑making regarding changes to the active schedule.
