- Manage customer accounts and plan delivery schedules.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Monitor daily shipment schedules for customers.
- Follow up on production and shipment statuses.
- Coordinate with departments like Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics for delivery plans.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on customer forecast demand.
