Programme Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who will act as the bridge between strategic vision and operational execution, providing strong leadership, clear governance and effective change delivery. The Programme Manager will ensure transformation outcomes are realised and sustained, with programmes aligned to organisational priorities and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme from inception to completion.

Own programme governance, including planning, reporting, RAID management and steering committee coordination.

Align programme delivery with strategic business objectives, ensuring outcomes deliver measurable value.

Manage senior stakeholder engagement, including executive sponsors, to enable clear communication, alignment and decision-making.
