Program/Portfolio Manager

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Mission Focused and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects supporting U.S. Army, National Guard, and Marine Corps programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, familiarity with financial and ERP systems such as Costpoint, and prior experience working with Army organizations. Preference will be given to candidates with prior military service, particularly within TRADOC, Army Futures Command, PEO STRI, or Space Force. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of disparate projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics. Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
