To coordinate and manage of daily CPE order and fault tickets, support field engineers and internal parties with effective order/Ticket management and service coordination
To close monitor on CPE order and fault ticket progress, provide status update report to team leader or Unit Manger
To dealing with internal parties, external parties / end-users for schedule appointment
To provide good customer service on handling services repair enquiries; cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently
To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need
Job Requirement:
Diploma holder in business administration, IT engineering or related field, or equivalent with 3 years working experience
Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel,...
