Project Analyst Associate

Overview

The Departmental Project Analyst will support the Departmental Project Manager (DPM) in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects across departments. The role ensures initiatives are delivered efficiently by tracking progress, analyzing data, coordinating teams, and maintaining documentation, enabling the DPM to focus on strategic and crossdepartment leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Maintain process and project documentation.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates.
• Support testing and rollout.
• Help streamline project processes and workflows, especially process maps of concerned departments.
