Project & Bid Manager
NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a confidential contract manufacturing and packaging organization seeking a Project & Bid Manager to lead new business opportunities and support growth with existing customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead quotation and bid processes, including cost assumptions, investment estimates, technical assessments, and P&L-ready inputs
- Manage new business projects from inquiry through startup, including layouts, process flows, budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and customer reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Procurement, R&D, Planning, Operations, and other teams to develop customer proposals and support successful launches
- Monitor market trends, support account growth, lead stakeholder communication, and help achieve annual growth and pricing objectives
