Applicants will support individuals, teams, and departments in daily office operations.
Responsibilities
Data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving
Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
Receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources
Research vendors for office supplies/equipment and outsourcing services
Planning office events, moves, and assisting with office space planning
Implementing corporate programs and requirements at the local office level
Working under limited supervision for non‐routine situations; may lead daily operations
Training, delegating, and reviewing the work of lower‐level employees
