Job Description
We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to support our projects team on a life science site in Düsseldorf. You will provide a comprehensive and flexible administrative support service to the Head of Projects and Projects team.
The right individual will need to be based on site in Düsseldorf 3 to 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the Projects team.
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across the Business Unit.
Management of all QHSE online reporting (to include Hazards, SmoWP, Audits)
Completion of Audit Schedule each year
