Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of customer engagement—supporting sales teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. You will communicate sales information using existing programs and adapt to new tools utilized by NOV and customers. Collaborating with Account Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning, you will offer comprehensive information to customers and deliver superior customer service to both existing and new customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, collaboration, and exceptional service while leveraging digital tools.
Travel: 2–4 day trips annually to the Batam manufacturing facility.
