- responsible for technical drawings, project schedule
- to coordinate works on/off site;
- to liaise closely with clients and designers with proper documentation
- to plan and work closely with team members and production team to ensure timely delivery and completion of projects
- to monitor projects with progress reports and submit to client
- to carry out inspection of materials/products delivered on site
- to prepare site for proper handover for client to sign and takeover site
- ad-hoc duties assigned, if any
Requirements
- technical skill in furniture construction will be preferred
- experience in A&A works under commercial and hospitality sector is preferred
- self-motivated and good working attitude
- able to work independently as well as a good team player
- strong problem-solving and follow-up skill
