Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of large-scale delivery projects. This role is responsible for coordinating daily project activities, maintaining documentation, supporting operational processes, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys improving processes, and can effectively support both technical and operational teams to keep projects on track.

Position Details

Hourly contract opportunity based on experience and skill level

Long-term contract with potential for extension or conversion

Current project expected to run through December 2026

Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, typically between 7: 00 AM –5: 00 PM

Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required
