Job Description
Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Project Directors to support our clients Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.
As Project Director, you will take full ownership of complex data centre projects, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget. You will lead delivery strategy, drive execution, and play a key role in achieving strong client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects from early planning through to commissioning and handover
- Define and execute overall project delivery strategy in alignment with client objectives, contractual requirements, and business targets
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), commissioning, and commercial functions
