About The Role
Join our Power Transmission & Distribution team and play a key role in delivering a major Overhead Line (OHL) upgrade project running from Tealing to Aylth, with a base in Dundee. This is a critical part of Scotland’s energy infrastructure, designed to strengthen the network and support the transition to a low‑carbon future.
As a Project Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of a project that spans multiple sites and involves complex engineering challenges. From formalising delivery solutions to briefing and guiding teams on‑site, your work will ensure the successful upgrade of high‑voltage overhead lines that keep communities connected and power flowing across the region.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver the engineered solution and brief to the working party
- Safely and sustainably deliver activity to programme, cost and quality
- Monitor and record works to ensure compliance in a timely manner
