- Construction project engineering experience
- DSA project experience
- TK-12 school facility experience
Key responsibilities:
- Construction observation verify materials and equipment are handled, stored, and installed properly
- Review non-conforming work and recommend corrective action with the district's inspector
- Constructability reviews using Bluebeam and BIM clash detection (REVIT or similar)
- Manage submittal procedures: shop drawings, RFIs, samples, product data, change orders
- Coordinate DSA Form 152 (Project Inspection Cards) and DSA Form 103 (Special Inspections)
