Job Description
Site Supervision & Labor Management
- Directly supervise day-to-day construction, restoration, and renovation activities.
- Manage, monitor, and coordinate the daily tasks of skilled and unskilled site workers.
- Enforce strict on-site safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
Inventory & Material Control
- Manage the on-site logistics, storage, and security of all construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Keep an accurate, real-time log of material deliveries, usage, and remaining stock.
- Inspect delivered materials for quality and quantity against purchase orders.
Reporting & Administration
- Submit weekly progress and inventory reports directly to the Head of Property Operations Department.
- Document site progress through daily logs and photo documentation.
