Job Description
A Project Engineer is the person-in-charge of the contracts management, implementation, inspection, quality checking, materials management and monitoring of Housing Units Construction of a specifically assigned project.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Responsible in the implementation and completion of all work items relative to housing construction, including billings related to housing (extra depth, windows, etc.) in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, target schedules, as per given budget and above acceptable quality.
- Initiate requests and advise in cases of concerns and other related matters of the housing construction requiring consent and/or recommendations of the Project Manager.
- Ensure that policies relating to construction procedures are properly implemented to the construction of housing units before and during the duration of the entire project.
