Overview
What you'll do
- Plan and execute HVAC projects from inception to completion
- Manage resources, including the BOQ and ordering of materials
- Oversee claim submissions and manage variation orders
- Conduct site meetings and follow through on site instructions
- Ensure completion of projects align with client specifications and timelines
- Liaise with engineers and builders to achieve project goals
- Compile and submit O&M manuals post-project completion
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building contracts
- Monitor and control labor and manage project budgets
