Project Engineering Program Lead

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Program Lead to drive process improvements, establish performance metrics, and enhance operational visibility across the organization. This role will be responsible for building and managing KPI dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, optimizing workflows, and owning the structure and governance of team initiatives within Jira/Jira Align.
