Project Executive (Lavender)

Manage projects for Residents Committee (RC) Centres such as fitting‑out, upgrading and maintenance works.

Liaise with project stakeholders on behalf of the Peoples Association.

Plan project timelines and conduct preliminary site surveys.

Engage and communicate with RC members (end‑users).

Procure consultancy services and building/maintenance works.

Oversee project delivery from planning to post‑construction.

Maintain proper project documentation and internal approvals.

Process payments to consultants and contractors.

Handle project administration and respond to audit queries.

Review and improve work processes and policies.

Degree in building‑related or relevant disciplines (Diploma or fresh graduates may be considered).

Preferably 1 year of project management experience in similar projects.
