Job Description
Role Summary
The Project Head – Civil Execution is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and execution strategies
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams
2. Site Management
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues proactively
