Job Description
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction activities at the project site.
- The PIC ensures that the project is implemented according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and company standards while maintaining quality and safety compliance
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion of work within the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel regarding project requirements and work schedules.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at the project site.
