Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Leader to manage and lead a team of diverse roles in our BPO setup. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing team members to achieve exceptional performance, while ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients. The Project Leader will interact directly with clients daily, providing insights and action plans to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
People Management:
- Manage and coach a team of up to 15 team members with diverse roles.
- Oversee roles which may include: Researchers, Chart Editors, Copy Editors, Forecast Data Coordinators, Data Partnership, and Business Analysts.
