Job Description
The Project Management Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end project management activities, ensuring effective planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and governance of project deliverables. The role works closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning activities, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Track project progress against plans and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, status reports, MOMs, RAID logs, and dashboards
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
