Job Description

Project Manager – Activations/On-Ground: Lead planning and execution of on-ground activations, including event booths, pop-ups, and experiential marketing campaigns.

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for activations
• Oversee end-to-end event execution
• Manage third-party suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate with internal departments (creatives, logistics, accounts)
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects are on-time and within budget
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Works well with people
• Strong logic and problem-solving
• Multi-tasker, handles fast-paced environments
• Takes ownership and drives work forward
• Project management experience is a plus
