Overall Role Purpose
Oversee the operations of individual projects within a program. Plan, execute, and close projects efficiently, ensuring they align with organizational goals, stay within timeline, scope, budget, and resources, and meet quality standards to complete work within program guidelines. Coordinate team efforts, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders, facilitating successful project delivery.
Specific Role Context
- Create business case, set up PILOT project to validate the business benefits and associated assumptions.
- Design an efficient project framework and strategic roadmap approach for global/regional implementation.
- Track and monitor project progress, dependencies, budget, resources, and provide timely updates to stakeholders to guide decisions accommodating dynamic business development.
