The Project Management team within Operations is responsible for managing the significant change agenda impacting the custody world, including market driven change, regulatory change, client change requests, internal platform upgrades/migrations and internal process/control enhancements. 

The team works closely with onshore and offshore operational teams, account management teams, client service management teams, Product and local/global IT teams as well as clients, market participants and regulatory bodies (eg ASX, AusPayNet, AUSTRAC, ACSA etc).
