- Buyout and contract issuance
- AIA Requisition procurement and review
- Project schedule drafting, management and tracking
- Change order issuance & ACR tracking
- Owner / Design Team / Expediter interfacing & collaboration
- TCO familiarity & project close outs
- Manage and direct subcontractors, APMs, etc.
