Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a background in Application Engineering. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with Manufacturing experience, strong customer mindset and collaborative attitude.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Execution and Controlling
- Lead the end-to-end management of emission aftertreatment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to deliver projects successfully
- Ensure project profitability
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
2. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team during the proposal and pre-contract stages to provide technical expertise and project feasibility insights
- Assist in preparing customer presentations, technical documents, and cost estimates
