Project Manager, Estimator, Sales & Designer (Drawings)

Urgently required in the Glass & Aluminium Industry in Gauteng. Must start ASAP. Responsible for estimations on Star Front / Bizman, drawings & designing on Auto Cad, sales, costings, quotations, and interacting with architects.

Responsibilities Oversee site management of installations of aluminium windows & doors on residential & commercial projects. JBCC knowledge of sub contracting agreements. Oversee program from site establishment to final handover. Plan multiple installation teams on various sites. Represent at site meetings and record minutes. Control project budgets and manage cost control. Final measurement and measurement reporting. Liaise with manufacturing department. Requirements At least 7-10 years of project management experience in the aluminium windows & doors sector. JBCC knowledge (Joint Building Contracts Committee) of sub-contracting agreements.
