1. Typically leads mid duration, fast paced product design / development projects.
2. Technical complexity moderate, communication and customer facing interfaces tend to be dynamic.
3. Leads regional product development resources and interfaces for global customers and offices.
4. High level of customer interaction, usually several times a week.
5. Interfaces with product development, new product introduction teams.
7. Multicultural and ability to lead simultaneously projects from different regions.
8. Strong communicator.

- Manage development activities including part and documentation deliveries, creation and revision of bills of materials, validation and build planning, risk mitigation, launch assurance and problem resolution.
- Serve as primary point of communication for allocated projects.
- Manage other project related issues as needed.
