Project Manager (IT)

Our project management team is broadly dispersed throughout a variety of industries, including banking, NBFCs, fintech, and other fields. As a Project Manager for the IT solutions in these verticals, you will have a very important role to perform. What you will do: During the research, design, and development process, communicate often with other important stakeholders to define the project vision, iterate the project, and collaborate on execution Send out daily, weekly or monthly reports to all relevant stakeholders Help teams grow while holding them accountable for their commitments and removing obstacles from their work; and mentoring and developing team members Establish a concise project management methodology, oversee it, and lead continuing efforts to enhance the process to put Agile project management best practices into effect.
