BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for applying the appropriate knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to manage the
different project processes.
DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review approved project plan and specification for completeness and within BDO standards. Participate in the Pre-bid meetings and actual site inspection and check plan versus actual site condition. Conduct Technical meeting with contractor and Building Admin for project implementation. Secure Building permits forms from office of the building official. Submit signed and sealed plans to building admin for approval. Prepares all the necessary documentation needed for the building permit. Conducts pre-construction meeting prior to mobilization of contractor. Coordinate with departments concerned on the project and deliverable scope. Prepares weekly project status report.
