About the job
In this role you are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multi-site R&D and Industrialization projects such as studies, cost reduction initiatives, transfers and complex New Product Introductions (NPIs). You engage directly with multiple functions across Nexperia and regularly interfaces with senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
What you will do
Project Planning and Delivery
Define the overall project plan in consultation and agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders
Responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan and within agreed boundaries (Specification, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization)
Ensure that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, monitor and control execution of own projects
