Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Ability to quickly identify problems, think critically, and devise effective solutions is invaluable.
• Strong organizational skills help to keep projects running smoothly by managing time, resources, and personnel effectively.
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is a must.
• Proven working experience in project management for at least 7 years.
• Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
