Project Manager

We are seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with strong experience in marine and port construction to lead and manage infrastructure projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily site construction activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and resources
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract compliance
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum 10 years construction experience
• At least 3 years as Project Manager in marine/port projects
• Experience in pile driving, quay walls, pier foundations, and revetment works
• Strong knowledge of port regulations (PPA, DENR, LGU, etc.)
